Service Description

DiaVoice provides AI-powered voice communication services including intelligent call routing, voicemail transcription, and business phone system management. Services are provided on a subscription basis.

Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate business and billing information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes
  • You must not use the service for robocalling, spam, or any unlawful communication

SMS Communications

  • DiaVoice may send SMS messages to callers who provide verbal consent during a call
  • Message frequency varies; typically a single follow-up message per interaction
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time
  • Reply HELP for support information

Billing and Cancellation

  • Services are billed monthly based on your selected plan
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Service Availability

  • We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
  • DiaVoice is not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

Limitation of Liability

DiaVoice is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
