Shayne Ligon has been in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years. Born in Washington, DC and raised in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, he joined the Army National Guard in 1994 — where he learned the discipline, problem-solving, and commitment to service that would later define his approach to business.
After decades of watching small businesses get locked into overpriced contracts for phone systems built for enterprises, Shayne founded DiaVoice with a simple mission: give small businesses the same powerful PBX features that big companies have — without the big company price tag.
