Yes. We port your existing numbers over. The process typically takes 7-10 business days and there's zero downtime — your old number will ring on your new DiaPBX system seamlessly.
Do I need special phones?▾
DiaPBX works with any standard SIP phone. We recommend Grandstream phones for the best experience and can ship pre-configured phones directly to your office. You can also use our DiaVoice Go softphone app on your computer or mobile device.
What happens if the internet goes down?▾
Calls automatically forward to your backup number (cell phone, answering service, etc.). We configure failover routing during setup so you never miss a call, even during an outage.
Is there really no contract?▾
