Eliminate the cumbersome PBX system located in the Utility closet. Our cloud-based platform hosts your call menus, greetings, voicemail, and phone numbers. DiaVoice IP phones are seamlessly integrated with our Cloud system through your pre-existing internet service.

Traditional Telephone Network

DiaVoice's Cloud technology facilitates the integration of your new IP phones with the United States telephone network. This innovative solution empowers you to discontinue your reliance on outdated 20th century telephone providers and instead leverage our contemporary, adaptable, and cost-effective phone system to fulfill all of your telecommunication requirements.

Setting Up Your Phones

Upon receiving of your phones, connect them to your network connectivity by utilizing the cables provided. Our phones are dispatched from either our West Coast or East Coast Shipping Center, contingent on your geographical location. You will receive your phones within two or three days. *Faster shipping options are available.

Set Up You Call Flows

Our team of experts, based in the United States, will configure your phone system to meet your precise requirements. One of our Product Managers will arrange a personal consultation with you to gain a comprehensive understanding of your business' communication needs. Subsequently, they will design a system from scratch, utilizing our extensive range of features.

Bring Your Own Number or Choose a New One

We can use your existing phone number, or you can choose from one of our many local and toll free phone numbers.

How many phone lines and extensions can the phone system handle?

Can I keep my same phone number?

Yes! You can keep all of your existing phone number(s)

What if my business has multiple locations, can the system be linked together?

Yes! We can link all of your business locations.  You will be able to dial another location via the extension number vs the phone number

Does phone equipment need to be install in my office?

No, the only equipment needed at your location in the actual phone and that's it.  The phone system itself is in the cloud.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No! We stand behind our service 100%.  If your not happy, you are welcome to leave at any time.

What happens if my internet goes done?

We have several failover options: If our system detects that your internet is offline, all incoming can be routed to a cell phone.  Your voicemail will still be active, and we can also provide a 4G wireless backup internet at an additional cost.

How long is the warranty on the phones?

All Grandstream equipment comes with a 1 year warranty,  You may also purchase an extended warranty for a total of 3 years.
